Honey BBQ Gochujang Potato Hearts – My Latest Obsession!
This dish started as a craving for loaded fries… but let’s just say, that didn’t quite happen. Instead, I got creative and whipped up this insanely delicious four-ingredient side that I now can’t stop thinking about!
The Ingredients:
BBQ sauce
Honey (a little goes a long way!)
Gochujang paste
Potato hearts (from Iceland’s £1 range)
When it comes to cooking, I don’t believe in strict measurements. I recommend adjusting the ingredients to match your personal taste—whether you want more heat, sweetness, or smokiness, it’s all about balance!
My only tip? Go easy on the honey—a small squirt is enough, or the sweetness might overpower the dish.
As a university student, I love creating elevated meals, but sometimes, a quick, easy, and flavorful dish is all you need. And trust me, this one hits the spot, especially with a side of mayo!
